Terms and conditions

These conditions concern Contattami cards and platform services supplied by the company identified below, including purchases by professionals and, where applicable, consumers. The specific written offer and mandatory customer rights remain applicable.
From age 14
Accounts, contact forms and AI assistants are reserved for people aged 14 or older. Before use, we ask for a declaration without collecting a date of birth or identity document. It is retained in this tab’s session storage and sent with requests to the service. It is not identity verification, marketing consent or permission to enter into a purchase contract. Under-18s should review important AI answers with a trusted adult: an AI can make mistakes, and you should not share sensitive data. Public information and privacy-rights requests remain available without this declaration.
There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Premium functions consume available credits. Additional credits can be purchased on the website. Age eligibility for the service does not replace the legal capacity or authority needed for purchases.

Package and price
The initial package costs EUR 299 excluding 22% Italian VAT: EUR 364.78 including VAT. It is a one-time purchase including two personalised NFC cards, front/back printing and QR, a mobile digital profile, vCard, catalogues, contact collection, Standard AI and the private workspace for 12 months.
Activation and physical cards
Access to the workspace is activated following payment verification. You prepare your content and artwork in the editor and approve them before printing and publication. Cards are produced and dispatched within 5 working days after artwork approval; this is the dispatch deadline, not a guaranteed delivery date. Shipping is currently to Italy. Any shipping costs and additional services must be specified in the offer before acceptance.
Duration, renewal and cancellation
After the first 12 months, the digital service can be renewed for EUR 50 plus VAT per year (EUR 61.00 including VAT), only with your express acceptance. The initial purchase does not create an automatically renewing subscription or recurring charge. Without renewal the mini-site and showcase are deactivated; the physical cards remain yours but no longer open your active page. For early closure, contact support. Deleting content or logging out does not itself cancel an order or request a refund.
AI and usage credits
Standard AI includes 500 responses per month within fair-use limits. Standard is text-only, with no microphone or audio replies. Premium intelligence and realtime voice are separate options, enabled on request and subject to available credits. AI can make mistakes: verify important information with the profile owner.
Credits are usage units for Premium features: they are not money, a payment method or a financial instrument. Premium text consumes at least 1 credit per response, with actual usage varying by processing; Premium voice uses 25 credits per started minute at the normal rate, or 50 at the high-demand rate. The system reserves credits before starting and reconciles actual usage, releasing unused reservations. Available, reserved and spent credits are shown in the workspace.
The current credit balance has no automatic expiry or automatic top-up. Credits do not extend the duration of the digital service. Credit packs can be purchased on the website after signing in. Additional cards, team profiles and optional services require a separate quote and acceptance.
Credit top-ups
1,000 Premium credits cost EUR 10 excluding VAT (EUR 12.20 including Italian VAT at 22%). The applicable tax and final total are displayed before payment. Credits pay for Premium AI and voice usage, are not money and do not renew the digital service. No automatic expiry of the credit balance, automatic top-up or subscription. Credits are added to the selected activity after confirmed payment. Consumers may request withdrawal within 14 days of purchase; where immediate service was expressly requested, charges for services already supplied may be deducted as permitted by law. Mandatory rights for service defects remain unaffected.
Top up creditsOrders, withdrawal and complaints
An enquiry or a product request on a customer profile is not a payment or automatic order confirmation. For Contattami purchases, the supplier, price, VAT, any additional charges and agreed service must be identified before you accept the offer. The purchase summary is available on the activation page.
For withdrawal, refunds, non-conforming cards or service problems, contact the company using the contact page. Personalisation does not exclude statutory conformity rights. Consumer protections apply where the buyer qualifies as a consumer; this page does not waive those rights.
