The site uses technical cookies and browser storage for requested functions, sign-in and security. The current implementation has no advertising cookies or third-party advertising analytics. Aggregate profile usage events are not used to track visitors across websites. Cookies or storage used on a customer profile remain scoped to that context.

Credit top-up retry protection

Stores an opaque request ID and a digest, not billing details, to avoid duplicate purchases on retry. Removed on confirmed payment or expiry and when the tab session ends.
Chat and drafts

Keeps the current chat and temporary drafts within the browser tab session.
Saved Live Card and contact preference

Saved on the visitor’s request; stays until removed using the relevant control or by clearing website data.
The optional voice assistant starts only after your action and may use temporary technical identifiers for session security and usage limits. The browser asks for microphone permission. Payment and authentication providers may apply their own notices when you open their service.
You can remove cookies and website data in your browser settings. This may sign you out and delete locally saved cards or preferences. Technical cookies necessary for the requested service do not use a marketing-consent switch. Any introduction of non-essential tracking requires an updated notice and, where required, prior consent.
