What happens next
The request is recorded and reviewed by support. We verify account ownership before deleting anything. Sending a request does not immediately delete your account; we will tell you the outcome and any further information needed. We respond within the applicable GDPR period, normally one month; any permitted extension must be explained.
Data and shared workspaces
The request covers the sign-in account and associated personal data, including sessions, device associations and personal integration credentials. If you own a business workspace, support will also clarify closure or transfer of responsibility for the mini-site, contacts, conversations and orders. Other team members’ accounts and business data are not deleted automatically.
Data that may need to be retained
Documents required by tax or accounting law, evidence needed for disputes, security records and proof of handling your request may be retained for the applicable period and purpose. We will explain any exception and relevant period when handling your request. These records are not kept to continue marketing to you. Deleting an account does not automatically withdraw from a purchase or create a refund.
