Contattami has no subscription or automatic renewal. This page concerns withdrawal from eligible individual purchases, not subscription cancellation. Deleting an account is a separate privacy request.

Consumer purchases
The statutory withdrawal right applies to distance contracts concluded by consumers. Normally the period is 14 days from delivery for goods, and from conclusion of the contract for services. Statutory exceptions and mandatory protections remain applicable.
Personalised cards
The law excludes withdrawal for clearly personalised goods. Under the commercial conditions already offered by Contattami, cancellation remains possible before artwork approval; production starts only after that approval. Personalisation does not remove statutory rights for defective or non-conforming goods.
Digital service
If you expressly request activation during the withdrawal period and then withdraw, a proportionate amount may be due for the service actually provided, where the statutory conditions are met. Activation alone does not automatically remove the withdrawal right for the ongoing service.

Refunds and returns
For a valid statutory withdrawal, refunds are due without undue delay and within 14 days of notice, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed without additional charges. Where goods must be returned, the law may allow the refund to be withheld until receipt or proof of dispatch. Any return instructions and applicable costs must be communicated clearly; mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
