What is Contattami?
Contattami is a personalised NFC card linked to your mini-site. You hold it near your customer’s phone: they open your mini-site, save your contact details and choose whether to send you theirs. You find contacts and requests in your workspace. The customer installs no app.
How much does an NFC business card with a mini-site cost?
The launch package costs €299 + VAT (€364.78 including Italian VAT) and includes two personalised NFC cards, a mini-site in Italian and English, the AI chat assistant and the workspace for 12 months. Renewal then costs €50 + VAT a year (€61.00 including VAT), only if you accept it.
Does the customer need to install an app?
No. They hold their phone near the card or scan the printed QR code, and your mini-site opens in the browser.
Does it work with iPhone and Android?
Yes, with NFC-compatible phones. The QR code printed on the card opens the same mini-site on any phone with a camera.
Do I automatically get the number of whoever taps my card?
No. Tapping the card does not read the customer’s number or address book. The customer saves your details and, if they wish, sends you their name, email or phone with the form and their consent.
Is the AI assistant included? Does it speak?
Standard AI is included: it answers in chat, text only, up to 500 responses a month, using only the content you approve. Premium AI and realtime voice are separate options, enabled on request and paid with credits: voice uses 25 credits per minute, 50 at high-demand times.
When do I receive the cards?
After ordering you prepare the design in the editor. Cards are produced and dispatched within 5 working days after design approval. Shipping is to Italy.
Are there automatic charges? What if I do not renew?
No charge starts on its own. Before the 12 months end we offer renewal at €50 + VAT a year, which starts only if you accept it. Without renewal the mini-site is deactivated: the cards remain yours but no longer open your page.
Is there an app to manage the card?
Yes, for you as the card owner: the Contattami.biz app is on the App Store and Google Play. It alerts you to new contacts and lets you manage contacts, requests, email and your mini-site from your phone. The workspace also works in the browser.
Can I withdraw from the purchase?
Yes, within the statutory terms. The cards are personalised, so you can cancel the order until you approve the design: production starts only after that. For a digital service already activated, a share for the service used may be due. Full details are on the Withdrawal page.
